Jack Snyder has been involved acting as an intermediary in the merger & acquisition of businesses for over 30 years. During that period he has been either directly involved or had oversight responsibility of over 400 successful transactions. These transactions covered a wide range of business types including retail establishments, wholesale distribution companies, dealerships, service companies and manufacturers.

 

The size of these transactions ranged from the very small with the largest one being sixty million plus.

Jack was one of the founders of two of the largest M&A practices in West Michigan during that time. He is currently active selling businesses and has associations with several other M&A practitioners in the area.

 

Previously Jack was involved with several start up companies of which he transitioned out of. His first-hand experience allows him to understand the many concerns business owners experience. His many years of selling businesses allows him to bring a seasoned perspective to the selling and buying of businesses. He takes pride in providing an honest service to his clients while keeping them and their advisors fully cognizant of the status of the project.

Jack resides in Cascade, Michigan. He has two children and six grandchildren and spends as much time with them as possible.
